TitansRX heads to the home of rallycross

Following two successful opening rounds in France, TitansRX is crossing the Channel for its first visit to Lydden Hill in the UK.

The Kent track is the home of rallycross, having held the very first event in the discipline’s history back in 1967.

An expanded entry list of 15 driver will take to the 1.17 km circuit for two full series rounds. Headlining the entry list is a strong British contingent of rallycross veterans Dan Rooke and Andrew Jordan, along with Perry McCarthy, Abbie Eaton, and Oliver Webb who will all be making their rallycross debuts.

The majority of the field from Essay, including race winners Topi Heikkinen and Timmy Hansen, are also returning, although World Rally Championship stars Hayden Paddon and Craig Breen will be sitting out owing to rallying commitments with M-Sport and Hyundai respectively.

„Lydden Hill hosts the second event of the TitansRX 2019 series and it will trump the success of Essay-Ducs,“ said TitansRX founder and CEO Max Pucher. „I am very happy to have five British drivers testing their offroad skill against the RX stars. I expect a bigger spectacle than Lydden Hill has seen in a long time. Don‘t miss it!“

As well as rounds three and four of the 2019 TitansRX Rallycross Europe series, Lydden Hill will also play host to support races from Retro Rallycross, showcasing the best legendary Group B machines; and Junior Suzuki Swifts, which provide a gateway to rallycross for the stars of tomorrow. A specially-assembled field of British Rallycross supercars will also be in action

As ever, every race will be broadcast on Eurosport and Eurosport player with an exclusive show anchored by Rachael Downie and Tom Brooks.
