Topi Heikkinen carried his fine form from Saturday through to top practice for round eight of the 2019 TitansRX season.
The Finn’s best time of 42.648s was 0.270 seconds quicker than Kevin Hansen, with times dropping considerably from yesterday thanks to the session taking place in dry conditions as opposed to round seven on Saturday which faced changeable conditions throughout the day.
Timmy Hansen was third fastest, 0.440 adrift of Heikkinen, as the three title rivals locked out the top-three spots.
Round seven finalist Jerome Grosset-Janin was fourth quickest, ahead of ‚CsuCsu‘ who wrapped up the top-five.
Ronny C’Rock set the sixth fastest time, beating Craig Breen, Andrew Jordan, and Tamara Molinaro, while Saturday podium finisher Hayden Paddon completed the top-10.
Perry McCarthy just missed out on a top-10 result, two tenths of a second back from Paddon. He led a British trio which included Oliver Webb and Abbie Eaton.
Reini Sampl and Andreas Steffen rounded out the field.
